Game Knight Reviews’ Second Anniversary

Wow. Game Knight Reviews has survived for two years! Woo hoo! Honestly I wasn’t sure I’d last a year, let alone two, and there’s no end in sight!

Other than a huge THANK YOU to all of you who read the site regularly, my friends who have offered the occasional posts, and all of the publishers and designers who have offered products for review as well as their time for interviews, occasional items for giveaways, and more. It really is a huge honor to be part of the RPG community and I thank my lucky stars that everyone I’ve encountered so far has been so very kind and helpful.

So let me say that again – THANK YOU!

Here’s a few statistics according to my WordPress dashboard for the last two years:

  • … nearly 100,000 page views
  • … an average of 5 page views per day in 2010, 125 in 2011, and 220 so far in 2012
  • … more than 8,000 page views in the best month so far (May 2012)
  • … an average of nearly 5,000 unique visitors over the last twelve months
  • … more than 400 posts

One of the things in the works is a site redesign (a new theme), but I’m wondering what else I can do to help folks out. Ultimately that’s my goal here.

And that leads me to a few questions… Leave me comments or e-mail me via the contact page

If you’re a reader, what do you want to see in the next year here at Game Knight Reviews? More reviews? More interviews? (Who do you want to learn more about?) More publisher news? More links? More gaming content? Something different?

If you’re a publisher, beyond cloning myself so I can write more reviews (anybody interested in helping me with reviews?), what else can I do for you?

And if you’d like to try your hand at a regular column – whether weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or whatever – I’d love to talk to you. I want Game Knight Reviews to become MORE of a community.

So let me know!!
